On this page I wanted to highlight and link my favorite videos for strengthening and increasing the mobility of each joint. I love these videos so much because creaky joints and stiff movements make all of us feel years older than we actually are. Moving freely and being able bodied is a massive blessing, and with this page, I want to help others achieve that, as well as delay the injuries and subsequent surgeries that leave us unable to do the things we want to do. In the cardiology clinic, it’s tragic to see how many people become injured, and then are unable to go on family vacations, attend family reunions, or walk around their house comfortably. Even if our physical health is not alarming, that’s not worth much if we can’t do the things we want to do.
My favorite channels for this area of training are first and foremost Squat University. Then: Gymnastic Methods, Knees Over Toes Guy (Ben Patrick), and Tom Merrick. Each of those channels have plenty of videos that I did not link here, since I don’t have time to watch all of them. But check those channels out for more.

Lots of important points are in this video. Most of this page is about building strength through a range of motion, not really stretching, so my sources do tend to agree with each other.
He highlights the extreme importance of sleep. I do have a page for improving sleep quality here.
