Introduction

This page primarily summarizes research and health advice from Dr. Peter Attia, Dr. Andrew Huberman, Simon Hill, Dr. Alok Kanojia, and other specialists as they explore research that increases health span, lifespan, prevents chronic illnesses, and increases cognitive clarity, energy, and mood. I limit my sources to experts that give tangible, high yielding, and evidence based information (check out my Good Science vs Bad Science page for my reasoning). With my habits I try to cultivate states of enough energy, peace, and focus that I don’t have urges to be addicted to my phone and junk food, which requires taking a holistic view of health.

The order of topics listed is not sorted by highest impact necessarily, but instead provides information on what I believe to be the foundations of health:

  1. Cultivating healthy relationships (which involves trauma processing, boosting emotional intelligence, learning good communication skills, and more)
  2. Sleep
  3. Exercise
  4. Nutrition
  5. Circadian health
  6. Adverse Childhood Experiences & Trauma
  7. Regulating our nervous system
  8. Life narratives
